Early Outcomes of Debranching for Thoracic Aortic Diseases: Extending the Boundaries for TEVAR
The objective of this study is to assess the early postoperative outcomes of patients undergoing debranching with thoracic endovascular aneurysm repair for the management of thoracic aortic syndromes in the Philippine General Hospital from March 2017 to July 2019.
Specific Objectives
- To identify the demographics of the patients undergoing TEVAR with debranching
- To identify the most common access site used for TEVAR among our patients
- To identify the most common landing zones encountered and thus the type of debranching utilized
- To identify the most common perioperative complications in patients undergoing the intervention until discharge and within 30 days from discharge
- To identify significant predictors of the different outcomes of interest
- to determine any significant association between the occurrence of immediate and early-term outcomes after endovascular repair with demographic, clinical and perioperative factors.
