The study will identify the factors and its relationship on the outcome on Diabetic foot patients who underwent adjunctive hyperbaric oxygen therapy in Southern Philippines Medical Center last January 2018 to December 2021.
Research Question:
What are the factors that affect wound healing outcome among diabetic foot patients treated with Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy in Southern Philippines Medical Center - Center for Diving, Hyperbaric Medicine and Difficult wounds last January 2018 to December 2021?
The study is a retrospective cohort design and will utilize the use of medical records, photographs, and checklists of patients from Southern Philippines Medical Center Medical Records section, Hyperbaric Center to identify the factors and the wound outcomes through the records at baseline, during the progress of treatment and at the end of the hyperbaric treatment.

The primary outcome will be to determine factors: sociodemographics clinical profile, initial laboratory, hyperbaric treatment regimen that will affect wound healing outcomes of patients who underwent Adjunctive Hyperbaric Treatment.
